Return & Exchange Policy

Our Promise

At Innovate Athletics, we stand behind every product we make. Each piece is crafted with purpose, faith, and precision — and your satisfaction matters to us.

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we balance flexibility with stewardship. Our goal is to honor your experience while minimizing waste.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition, free of stains, odors, or damage
  • With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Heavily worn, washed, or damaged items

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@innovate-athletics.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
    • A brief reason (this helps us improve)
  2. Our team will reply with your return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For approved exchanges, we cover the cost of sending the replacement item back out to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@innovate-athletics.com.

We’ll review your claim and make it right — typically with a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

International Orders

At this time, most international orders are considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect on arrival.
